We do our best to deliver all products to your satisfaction. Still, something can go wrong.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can exchange or return some products within 30 days. Products should be returned in their original condition with tags and tags attached. In addition, the product must not show any signs of use or have been removed from the packaging.
To exercise this right, please contact admin@dekorestudio.com. We will then refund you the amount due within 30 days of notification of your return, provided the item has already arrived in perfect condition. Please note: The return shipping and other return costs are at your own expense!
Step 1: Report the return of your package to admin@dekorestudio.com
Send an email to admin@dekorestudio.com with the subject Return [Order Number]. We will then send you the return form. This must be filled out completely when returning the package.
PLEASE NOTE : A return must be registered first so that we can provide additional return instructions and be informed to expect a shipment.
Step 2 : Complete the return form and include it with the return.
Step 3: Send your return to the address provided.
A track and trace code must be included with every return. The sender is always responsible for shipping.
Step 4 : You will receive your purchase amount back
Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
